THE CAPABILITY ENGINE:

Using assessment and data to get the most

out of your training system

Demonstrating Return on Investment (ROI) of learning and development activities is a critical element of organizational development. ROI is too often assumed to be exclusively financial. Standard activities that all learning organizations rely on to measure individual achievement can be leveraged to show much more than successful learning activity.  A deliberate and planned approach to design, development deployment and assessment can render data that helps all facets of your organization, and provide targeted and actionable data for continuous improvement.
