Building Better Job Aids

presented by Dan Raymond

The program will be on developing and integrating effective job aids in the work place.  Properly developed job aids are cost effective, powerful performance improvement tools that compliment and leverage an integrated performance strategy.  The use of job aids provides the workforce with immediate direction when and where it is needed.  Much of the E-learning and other types of training available today don't work as well as they should because they lack supporting job aids.

Bio: Dan Raymond has been President of a performance-improvement consulting firm for 23 years.  He excels in workforce performance analysis and the development of criterion-referenced instruction and job aids.  He has developed thousands of job aids for clients.  He is a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) and a Certified Instructional Technologist (CIT).  His interventions have won a number of awards from the International Society for Performance Improvement.  He has been a frequent presenter at ISPI and the annual U.S. Coast Guard Human Performance Technology Workshop

He is the author of the industry-standard Building Better Job Aids Workshop™ and has conducted workshops for individuals from hundreds of Fortune 1000 companies including State Farm Insurance, Harley Davidson, Honda, Intel, LL Bean, Pfizer, Southwest Airlines, U.S. Secret Service, and Visa.  He will show you how most companies develop training and why it is often ineffective.  He looks forward to sharing information about his unique, cost efficient approach and techniques for building better job aids and “Wrap-around Training™”.

There will be a drawing for one free tuition (a $985 value) at the public Building Better Jobs Aids Workshop on October 12-14 in Williamsburg , VA.
