SEVA ASTD is sponsoring a free MBTI® workshop for our final Career Club meeting in 2012.

In our current economy, success requires not only being employed but also continuing to be employable. Looking for your first job - your next job - a better job - a promotion - is difficult and competition is fierce.

Knowing who you are - having a firm grasp on your strengths and weaknesses as a team member, a leader - can make the difference your job search.

Through Career Club, SEVA ASTD is offering you the opportunity to gain greater self –awareness through the most widely used and respected personality assessment, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Then, using what you have learned through that tool, look at how you can use your strengths to enhance your job search.

Facilitators

  • Roger Hohensee, Roger was employed with the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation for twenty-one years as a presenter. He earned his Master of Science in Adult Education from Old Dominion University and last June became certified as a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Practitioner.
  • Kathryn Haugan, CPLP, Certified Practitioner, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI); Member, SEVA ASTD Board of Directors. Kathryn has a 19 year career in instructional design and facilitation. Certified in MBTI since 1997, Kathryn has facilitated sessions for a variety of business, government and education institutions.
